Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities. This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Create and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the NVOCC industry
- Strong knowledge of excel.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets
- Strategic planning skills with the ability to develop effective sales strategies
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
